6th December 2011, Ranakpur, Rajasthan: With the launch of its Ranakpur property, Mana Hotels has been buzzing with excitement. At the very start, the hotel was able to bag a booking for a grand wedding event which was without a doubt, the first of its kind and size to be held within the area. The massive lawns on the property allowed the hotel and event managers to create a breath taking ambiance that took advantage of clever landscaping and Rajasthan’s nippy winter.
The hotel was thrilled not only to play host to a wedding party; but also to another celebrity who graced the premises as a part of the celebrations. Being the first banquet to be held at the newly opened hotel, the nerves were undoubtedly high but the results left the guests and staff reassured; and opening doors many similar events in the future.
In the words of CEO, Rohan Rajgarhia, “Mana Ranakpur was host to the most glamorous wedding event held in this picturesque valley town in the last week of November. The wedding Sangeet which was organized in the banquet lawns of Mana Hotels was transformed into an entertainment venue. The main attraction was a stage for live performances by Indian and international artists. The performance of the night was that of Sona Mohapatra, who most recently sang the hit song Bedardi Raja in the blockbuster Delhi Belly.
More than 500 people from Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaipur & Mumbai came to visit the gala evening. Handling such a large volume of people clearly displayed the administrative and management capability of the staff at Mana Ranakpur. We hope to host many such events at Mana Hotels in the future.”
Mana @ Ranakpur spreads across 3.5 acres of lush and well landscaped land; and is situated on the banks of a seasonal river. The resort features luxuriously made, modern cottages and a hotel block which is beautiful. The hotel also has a spa, an infinity pool and outdoor and indoor sports facilities. Ranakpur is located midway between the Udaipur and Jodhpur highway and is famous for the gorgeous Ranakpur Jain temples and is proximity places of historical eminence like Kumbalgarh and Chittorgarh.
