Parvati Valley – Himachal Pradesh

The rocks are the second largest monoliths in Asia and make for a picturesque climb. A fort nestled in the steep slopes of the rocks is also a popular attraction.


Malshej Ghat – Maharashtra

Located in Maharashtra, Malshej Ghat is a quaint but popular rock climbing destination among the rock climbers of India. The vegetation is lush green and becomes all the more heavier during the monsoons. Iconic forts and temples and caves are also present in the vicinity, Malshej a great destination for rappelling, hiking, trekking and other allied activities too. Malshej is ideal for amateur rock climbing.

Sar Pass – Himachal Pradesh

The stunning Sar Pass offers immense opportunities to rock climbers and rappellers. The region has numerous beautiful routes and climbs of varying difficulty levels. Snow covers the peaks almost all throughout the year and situated at an altitude of 14000 ft, the pass is considered great for introduction to high altitude trekking.. However, the tough environs do not deter the passionate rock climbers and several expeditions are organised every year. The pass remains accessible April to October.
