Recipe of Chicken Roulade:-

Method of cooking Chicken Roulade:

  1. Wash the spinach for 2 minutes in hot water and cool it immediately with cold water and chop it.
  2. In a pan take olive oil, heat it and add chopped garlic and sauté till it turns light brown in colour.
  3. Add chopped spinach and salt and pepper. Cook for this about 3 minutes then set aside and let it cool
  4. Take chicken breast and mince this. To the minced chicken add salt and pepper
  5. Take a clean wrap and spread the layer of minced chicken evenly on the wrap. On top of this layer of chicken add the spinach mixture spread it over the chicken mince and in the end sprinkle cheese over the spinach
  6. Roll the above along with the wrap tightly
  7. Steamed this for 20 minutes and remove the wrap
  8. Cut into small round pieces. This is ready to eat
