Ingredient of Paneer Latika

14 CREAM 50ml
15 GREEN CORINDER 5gm
16 CUMMIN SEEDS 2gm
17 ANISSED 2gm

Procedure:-

  1. Cut Paneer Into Thin Slices And Roll With The Stuffing Of Khoya, Chopped Green Chilli, Ginger, Coriander, Powder, Red Chilli Powder, and Coriander Powder & Salt.
  2. Boil it with covering with silver foil for 10 minute.
  3. After that put aside and remove silver foil and cut this in to round pieces

For Gravy:-

 

For gravy boil the onion & cashew nut together for 20 mins and then strain them before making the paste.

Heat oil in the pan. Add cinnamon stick, cumin, and the onion and cashew nut paste and all the spices.

Red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, curd cooks it to for 30-35 minutes.

At last add cream & butter and fenugreeks leaves.

Drop the Round cut pieces of Stuffed Paneer in this gravy mix gently and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes while stirring occasionally

Served with Rice & Roti
